Student Life Managers (SLM) are responsible for: tracking the academic needs and records of our students, serving as communication relations officers, implementing the required structure to achieve our program goals, and providing guidance to our students.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Experience working with adolescents for a minimum of 1 year

Specific Duties

• Serve as a communications connection between partner organizations/programs and our students/families.
• Implementation of student enrollment
• Enforcement of program structure and discipline according to program guidelines
• Establish supportive and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure strong, continual connections to the program
• Organize and implement activities and special programs both on and off the premises
• Track and input information into a program-based records system
• Oversee assigned caseloads, program areas, and activities as assigned

Beginning Salary Pay Range

$30,000 - $33,000
