This posting is to apply to join our BootCamp training. There is no charge to our future sellers for any of these services. For every Lamplight posting, at least one partner company is ready to hire you as an SDR.

The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate and energetic self-starter who thrived in our BootCamp. You will be able to find qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. You don't need professional sales experience, but those with appropriate internships and general working experience in college will be advantaged.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for our tech partner company's account executives and sales managers.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or graduating within six months) or relevant work experience
  • Completed online Lamplight BootCamp and passed post-test
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
