Sales Order Manager for Scientific and Laboratory Glass Business

We manufacture custom scientific glass that is used by our customers in laboratory settings. Our customers come from a wide set of industries including Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Educational Institutions, Healthcare, and Chemicals.

Role - We are looking to fill the role of Customer Order Manager for our scientific glass manufacturing business.

Responsibilities will include supporting the CEO with assembling and providing quotes for customers; understand customer design requirements and suggest improvements; and benchmark prices for various parts and manufacturing process as per guidelines provided.

Requirements -

Technical background in Chemistry or Chemicals related industry or projects.

Experience in lab settings having worked with glassware.

Ability to interact with customers to design project specific lab glassware.

Ability to produce technical drawings for customers.

Familiarity with manufactured glass vendors and knowledge of industry players for sourcing materials and parts.
