SUMMARY:
The Training Coordinator provides support to the Human Resources Department in the areas of Training Development and Safety

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully; ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrate group presentation skills and conduct meetings; ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and develops realistic action plans; ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality; ability to actively promote and personally observe safety and security procedures, using equipment and materials properly, and possess a solid understanding of the Calfiornia Labor Laws.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other relevant field. Three or more years of proven relevant experience as a corporate trainer in the manufacturing field. PC literacy and hands on experience with HRIS or HRMS.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Human Resources certification a plus
