Responsibilities:

- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing - Take dental x-rays - Assess patients' oral health and provide oral hygiene education and recommendations - Maintain accurate patient records using OpenDental system - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Qualifications:

- Valid dental hygiene license in Texas - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - Proficient in using OpenDental system for patient record management, or willing to learn. - Knowledge of dental coding for dental procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work independently
