Some of the responsibilities the officers should expect include but are not limited to: checking people in, record keeping, access control, and observation. The guard will act as a pro-active and preventative measure.

Shifts are all 6 hours in length. All shifts are currently available as of posting.

AmeriCorp International Group is currently seeking unarmed security officers to become an integral part of our team. This post is for a FULLY LEGAL Dispensary near Hayward.

Job Duties include the following, but not limited to:

▸Access control
▸Record keeping
▸Conduct bag check inspections
▸Anti-loitering and trespassing
▸Parking lot area patrol
▸Observe the camera systems
▸Enforce policies and procedures
▸Attend to all situations swiftly, logically and appropriately
▸Interact with local authorities
▸10 minute breaks available for morning and swing shifts
▸Report Writing: Electronic Daily Activity Reports / Incident Reports

Job Requirements include the following:

Must have a CA Guard Card.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have at least 6 months to a year of experience in a position as a Security Officer.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a smartphone.
Must have prior Customer Service experience.
Must be able to work Morning, Swing or Graveyard shifts.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to sit, stand and or walk for up to 8-16 hours.
Must be able to work immediately
Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to perform job functions mentally and physically.
This includes paying attention to detail, close observation, critical thinking, and great communication. Must be able to grab, reach, pull and lift objects that weigh up to 25 lbs.
