We are in search of a Sales Representative to provide janitorial sales to commercial businesses throughout the twin cities. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE YOUR OWN BOSS.

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Networking: remotely by phone and email and also out visiting potential customers facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid

Prepare proposals and Bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match

Facilitate an effective Start-up for new business: partner with each department to establish the necessary game plan to begin the new business and ensure a smooth transition to our operations

We are looking for:

· Experienced sales professional Preferred 

· Proven Janitorial sales record Preferred 

· Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Polite

· Ability to work as a team and independently
