Job Title: Part-Time Floral Event Setup/Take Down Crew

Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Floral Event Setup Crew to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the setup and preparation of floral arrangements for various events, ensuring that each arrangement is beautifully crafted and aligns with the client's vision. Your attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success and aesthetic appeal of each event.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in unloading and unpacking floral supplies, including flowers, vases, ribbons, and other materials.
- Help with the preparation and conditioning of flowers, ensuring they are fresh and in prime condition.
- Ensure proper care and handling of delicate and perishable floral items to maintain their quality throughout the event.
- Collaborate with the event team to determine the best placement of floral arrangements in event spaces.
- Assist in the setup and decoration of event spaces, ensuring floral arrangements are displayed prominently and complement the overall aesthetic.
- Provide support during event teardown, carefully packing and storing floral items for future use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral setup area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when handling floral materials and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in event setup or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and arrange various types of flowers and materials.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
