Education/Experience:

All Independent Contracted professionals must hold at a minimum a master level degree from an accredited college or university in a human service related specialty. Independent Contracted paraprofessional staff must have a minimum of a master’s degree in a human service related specialty and have a minimum of two years of documented full-time experience working with the client population being served.

General Duties:

Professionals/paraprofessionals will provide direct service for assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy for clients and/or their families referred to the CLTatum & Associates Behavioral Healthcare . Professionals/paraprofessionals must be willing to work flexible hours and perform duties in office, client’s home, school, detention or alternative setting. Professionals/paraprofessionals must be able to work with all members of the community regardless of age, sex, race, religion or cultural/ethnic background. All professionals/paraprofessionals are responsible to the CLTatum & Associates Agency Director.

Specific Duties:

Professionals/paraprofessionals must be able to provide the following services:

1. Conduct in-office/home interview with client and/or family, provide client’s rights, assess, diagnose and construct a therapeutic treatment plan, discharge plan and face sheet and obtain signed consent

2. Provide psychotherapy and education in a group and/or individual and/or family individual setting regarding goals and objectives of the therapeutic treatment plan

3. Construct a monthly report for the case manager

4. Maintain client files as directed by the agency policy & procedures documentation requirements

5. Communicate with case manager and other professionals involved in case

6. Provide an aftercare plan with community referrals as needed

7. Abide by all agency policy regarding paperwork and billing requirements

8. Attend all mandatory virtual agency meetings

9. Attend supervision sessions as required by agency policy & procedures

10. Show ability to provide proof of knowledge of expertise in all areas of practice
