We are currently offering Full -Time Teachers a $1,000 Hiring Incentive after 100 days of employment. Additionally, receive a $1,000 bonus after 18 months of employment.

Pay range for Child Care Teachers is $20.25 to $24.75 per hour based on education, experience, and teacher certification.

As a Child Care Lead Teacher or Kindergarten Prep Teacher, you will:

• Guide a teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.
• Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
• Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
• CDA or higher level of education required
• At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool required
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required
