We are seeking a licensed P&C Insurance Agent to join our team at Supra Insurance Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated individuals who are hands-on and driven to meet or exceed their sales quotas. Previous commercial insurance experience is not required. The position offers a competitive base salary plus commission. This is a full-time role based in our office.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Approach clients via cold calling ad other marketing materials for quoting
• Follow-up with clients after initial contact
• Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints 
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, follow-up and follow-through.
• P&C license Required.
