Role Description

Mr. Anthony's Dog Grooming Mobile Team is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated groomer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for pet grooming and a keen understanding of various breeds' specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pet Grooming: Perform grooming tasks including, but not limited to, bathing, brushing, cutting, styling, and nail trimming, ensuring each pet's safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Breed Specialization: Expertly groom specific breeds, including doodles, cavaliers, aussies, and schnauzers, while being adaptable to client-specific requests.
• Communication: Liaise with pet owners to understand their desires for their pets' grooming, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all grooming tools and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and in optimal working condition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional pet grooming.
• Strong knowledge of specific breed grooming standards.
• Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to handle pets with care and patience.
• Reside or be willing to commute to the Southside area in Jacksonville.

Compensation

• The role is commission-based, with additional performance-driven bonuses.
