Central Phoenix ObGyn is seeking a Health Educator to join our dedicated team of health professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing our patients with tools to optimize their reproductive, sexual, and overall health. Your commitment to building relationships and delivering quality will ensure our patients receive the best possible care. As a Health Educator, you will develop and implement health education programs, provide resources to enhance patient learning and demonstrate a high level of customer service. You will also build relationships with other healthcare providers and be an advocate for women's health in the community. Our ideal candidate is passionate about health education and is able to communicate complex information in an understandable manner. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver health education programming on a variety of topics including healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, physical activity, and preventative care
• Facilitate group discussions and provide individual education sessions
• Monitor patient progress and identify areas where health education can be improved
• Design and coordinate health education activities and health promotion initiatives
• Develop and deliver evidence-based health education materials
• Maintain detailed records of all health education programs and participant feedback

Qualifications

• Understanding of health disparities and health equity work
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address patient needs
• Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
• Basic knowledge of program planning and evaluation techniques and principles
• Desirable: Experience in health education and training
