Part-time office administrator for Shepherd of the Mountains to support day to day operations of the church. This role manages weekly and daily communications with church membership, planning activities for Sunday services, updating the church website, and other tasks as delegated by the Pastor or Church Council Executive Committee. Office Administrator serves as a point of contact during office hours to answer phones and greet any visitors. Administrator will also enter financial information into Quickbooks under the direction of the treasurer. Currently 25 hrs/week.

· Ability to function independently with limited direction or oversight
· Ability to juggle competing priorities
· Strong communication skills including a compassionate and welcoming approach to all both church members and guests
· Respect for confidentiality
· Knowledge of overview of all the aspects that involve the operation of the church.
· Knowledge of Word/ PowerPoint / Excel helpful.
