* MUST be able to load/unload in provided van and carry (2) 28 lb. glass jugs (with  
  handles) upstairs and/or long distances

* Able to read a map when cellular/map services are unavailable

* Periodically inspect vehicle to ensure fluids are properly filled, etc.
