The person applying needs to be well organized and are willing to possibly get an insurance license in the future. Business skills are important. The pay is very generous with health care included. The incentive to earn bonuses and trips are available. Need a go getter who is self motivated and can work independently. There will be a 3 month training.  Starting salary is $45,000 After 90 days $50,000. Bonuses could push potential to $65,000.
