*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Facebook Marketplace Management:* Create and manage listings for our container products on Facebook Marketplace to maximize visibility and reach potential customers.

2. *Customer Engagement:* Respond promptly to inquiries and messages from potential buyers on Facebook Marketplace, providing detailed information, addressing questions, and building rapport.

3. *Sales Strategy:* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive container sales, including pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts.

4. *Product Knowledge:* Maintain in-depth knowledge of our container products and their applications to effectively communicate their benefits to potential buyers.

5. *Customer Support:* Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process, assisting buyers with order placement, payment, and delivery arrangements.

6. *Feedback Collection:* Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our container offerings and customer experience.

*Qualifications:*

- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and proficiency in online sales platforms.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential buyers.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations and sales inquiries simultaneously.
