20-40 hours schedules, up to $18 per hour
Must be available to work Mon- Sat 9AM to 6PM

Looking for a Sales Associate excited to be part of a growing team

Responsibilities for Sales Associate
● Assist customers with requests in store and on the phone
● Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
● Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
● Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
● Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements
● Process customers’ payments and issue receipts
● Handle returns and exchanges of merchandise according to company policy
● Stamp, mark, and tag prices on merchandise
● “ Go the extra mile” to drive sales
● Contribute to teams’s daily sales goals
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Requirements and Skills

● Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
● Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
● Track record of over-achieving sales quota
● Proficiency in English
● Basic math skills
● Hands on experience with POS transactions
● Solid communication and interpersonal skills
● A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
● Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
● Availability to work flexible shifts
● Reliable transportation
