VGM Fulfillment is national leader is CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in seeing business succeed. We do this by taking responsibility from our customers for the key operations of order fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Our network of fulfillment centers is strategically located throughout the United States providing coverage to all 50 states. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Phoenix, AZ. 

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm /  Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm

Key Roles Summary

Picking Associate is responsible for fulfilling orders via a handheld scanner. You will be expected to pick orders with promptness and accuracy, to guarantee that our customer satisfaction is second to none.  

Replenishment Sit-Down Forklift & Reach Truck Associate are responsible for moving products to the proper location within the warehouse. It is important to make sure that all products, in the correct amount, are where they are supposed to be. Remove Bales from the baler machine and take them outside and Be able to support when needed to drive Sit-Down Forklift and or Reach Truck.

Key Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Ability to multitask and prioritize 
• Detail-oriented with drive to complete goals timely and accurately
• Capable of working overtime if needed including extra hours during the week and some Saturday mornings
• Standing and walking throughout the facility for extended periods of time 
• Replenishment roles require lifting and carrying boxes up to 20lbs 
• Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment 
• Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision 
• Strict adherence to all physical safety standards
