We are seeking an experienced and licensed Journeyman/Master Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a high level of expertise in electrical techniques, compliance with electrical codes and regulations, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

+ Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting fixtures, in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.

+ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, identify their root causes, and determine the best solutions for repair or replacement.

+ Blueprint Reading: Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations.

+ Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

+ Material Management: Select and procure appropriate electrical materials, tools, and equipment for projects while managing inventory efficiently.

+ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other construction professionals, including contractors and HVAC technicians, to ensure seamless project coordination.

+ Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing estimates, explaining repairs, and addressing their concerns professionally and courteously.

+ Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and safety of electrical installations and repairs, maintaining high standards of workmanship.

+ Emergency Response: Be available for emergency electrical services and respond promptly to urgent service calls, including nights and weekends, as needed.

+ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including invoices, work orders, and inspection reports.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program.

+ Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required by state regulations).

+ Proven experience as a journeyman or master electrician, typically 4-7 years.

+ Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.

+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

+ Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.

+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
