We are looking for a Project Manager that works to provide outstanding customer service, excellent leadership, detailed notes, reports and directions and efficient processes.
The Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships as well as providing administrative management of mechanical and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Plans, organizes, and controls budgets on projects. Ensures that projects are completed safely, timely, and exceeds customer’s expectations.
Ø Identifies and generates new business. Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
Ø Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly, respectful, and trusting employee relations.
Ø Works with suppliers and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
Ø Attends meetings as scheduled.
Ø Reviews outgoing estimates with to ensure accuracy.
Ø Visits various jobsites and interacts with crew and customers, to ensure proper job progress and to support and encourage safe behavior.
