Krapf Transportation Non CDL Driver / SEPTA CCT Driver.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

1. Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Class C driver’s license. (Must have license for 3+ years)
2. Must meet physical qualifications for a Non -DOT physical and drug test.
3. Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record, criminal history record, and child abuse history record.
4. High School Diploma Required
5. Must be willing to work 10-12 hour days at least 3 days a week (Part-time) and Full-time at least (4 days) 10-12 hour days.
6. Schedule includes weekends and holidays on rotation.
7. Ability to effectively manage passenger behavior in a non-confrontational manner.
8. Ability to manage vehicle and passenger emergencies in a calm, appropriate manner.
9. Ability to safely load and unload wheelchair passengers, in accordance with Company procedures
10. Operate lift for passengers who cannot navigate the van steps.
