As a Luxury Travel Advisor at our new Nashville office, you will have the chance to be part of a thriving team, shaping the growth of our company and curating unforgettable journeys for our esteemed clientele. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a Senior Travel Advisor to provide exceptional service to clients
• Conduct thorough research and provide recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities
• Draft and finalize client travel itineraries and quotes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Book hotels, resorts, car transfers, and car rentals for clients, making sure all details are correct and in line with client preferences
• Secure restaurant reservations and provide recommendations based on client preferences
• Liaise with vendors and travel partners to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for travel and eagerness to learn and grow in the travel industry

This is a growth position that offers a clear path to becoming a Travel Advisor and eventually a Senior Travel Advisor or another position within the company.

To start, you will work closely with a Senior Travel Advisor who will mentor and teach you the ins and outs of the travel industry. Our team is committed to excellence and providing the highest level of service to our clients.
