We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender/Food Server to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips. We are located on 2449 N Stone Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Prepare Pub Fare Food Using a Self contained Fryer and Pizza Oven and other commercial equipment.
• Interact with customers, take orders in person and online and prepare and serve food and drinks
• Operate a self contained deep fryer and Pizza Oven and other commercial food equipment
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails meeting company standard's
• Promote Food and Bar menu
• Follow company opening and closing checklists
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish food and bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all AZ food and beverage regulations
• Promote and Sell Company Programs

Requirements and skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks a plus
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Self Motivated
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean and be self-motivated
• Schedule flexibility
• Reliable Transportation
• Current AZ Liquor training certificate upon Hire
• Current AZ Food Handler certificate upon hire
• Prior Work References
