Pearl Street Warehouse is looking for a part time Barback to help our bartenders provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Barbacks play a key role in our music venue, they act as the support system for the floor and bar. It is important that the barback is quick, level headed and reliable. We are a fun, diverse, and close knit team and we are looking to add more people to our ranks to continue providing guests with the best experience ever!

Job Duties

• Re-stock beer, ice, and cups as needed
• Change kegs as needed
• Replace empty liquor bottles as needed
• Bus bar top throughout service (don’t immediately clear drinks that aren’t fully empty, a guest may have just set it down for a moment)
• Continuously wipe the bar top down to keep it dry
• Rinse used bar tools and reset the bartenders station

**Leave credit card slips and cash tips where they are. The bartenders will clear those items on their own.

***Do not mix juices and syrups. P

****Do not take guest orders and relay them to the bartender. Kindly tell them that a bartender will be right with them.

*****Only make drinks upon the bartender's request.

******Prioritize bar cleanliness, do not take orders if there are other task you can do to help your bartenders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has a love for the arts, loves to be around people, has excellent communication skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves to learn new skills, loves to make people feel special and has a passion for serving others.

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
