We are excited to invite you to join our team as a Seasonal Venue Assistant. Our company manages and hosts events at five unique venues, creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests.

As a Seasonal Venue Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of events held at our venues during the upcoming season. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with hours ranging from 5 to 30 per week, depending on our event schedule. Training for this role is scheduled for late September and October.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, setup, and breakdown of events at all five venues.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of events by coordinating with event managers and staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Assist with event logistics, including seating arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the venues throughout events.
  • Handle minor troubleshooting and resolve issues as they arise during events.

Requirements:

  • Availability on nights and weekends at our venues in Tampa and St. Pete.
  • Willingness to commit to specific event dates in November and December, such as 11/4.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in event management or customer service is a plus but not required.
