Duties:

- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove mill scale, rust, and other debris from surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating, painting or refinishing by sandblasting and cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain and troubleshoot sandblasting equipment as needed
- Work independently and/or with a team to complete projects on time and according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
