Job Accountabilities:  As an Aesthetician and or Makeu Artist you will be responsible to: 

Description/ Duties and Responsibilities 

*Customer Service* 

Customer is the number one focus

Greet customer in 30 Seconds or less

Maintain an enthusiastic floor presence 

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Keep accurate and complete records in the Retail/POS system

Keeping all customer information confidential 

Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly individual service goals

Maintain target services per hour

Promote a feel good, fun and gossip free environment for customers and employees 

Build strong positive relationships and treat others with respect

Be on time and ready to work all scheduled shifts

Act professionally, ethically and with integrity

Use good judgement 

Participate in inventory control

Help maintain a clean and safe sales floor and organized stock area

Communicate maintenance issues, inventory needs, or any concerns with boutique proprietor 

Properly and accurately register all sales

Communicate training needs that will result in increased sales to boutique proprietor 

Ensure compliance with all company and boutique policies and procedures

*Requirements*

Able to perform the following physical duties including but not limited to:

Continuous standing/ walking for up to 7 hours 

Being able to unpack and lift boxes up to 10 lbs.

Continuous bending for 15 min- 3 hours per shift to perform body waxing and/or facial services (for Aesthetician applicant only)

Stocking and filling shelves, drawers, and show cases

Hands on esthetic services with clients (for Aesthetician applicant only)

Maintain compliance with state board regulations (for Aesthetician applicant only)

Consistent and reliable attendance 

*Qualifications*

Maintain a valid state issued Aesthetician license, including any additional schooling and requirements (for Aesthetician applicant only)

Proven strong customer service history 

Flexibility regarding work hours, weekends, and some holidays

Can initiate and manage change in a positive manner

Comfortable and competent at makeup application 

Strong communication skills

Adept at problem solving

Flexible and adaptable to customers’

Flexible and adaptable with the boutique needs according to what is needed
