The Trauma Specialist Clinician will utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of trauma with a very diverse caseload, providing trauma-informed assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination and consultation.

Schedule: Part Time, or FFS available per week; hybrid in-office and telehealth; schedule TBD with Program Director

Requirements

 

Required Skills

  • Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently.
  • Moderate to advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy via video conferencing. Experience providing services using video-conferencing platforms preferred.
  • Advocate for clients in areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family interactions
  • Provide case management services/collaboration with child serving systems

Required Experience

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling required.
  • Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
  • Certification and/or previous training in evidence-based practices for the treatment of trauma strongly preferred, including but not limited to Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
  • Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance
  • Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
