These are seasonal positions, and we would love to have individuals return for following seasons. April-December. Can collect unemployment during the off season.

The ideal candidates will have a background in landscaping, plant/people care, or equipment operation as well as a direct, personable, and solution-focused communication style. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to join a fast-growing earth centered business. A demonstrated track record in equipment operation or in the landscaping industry will be thoroughly considered.

COMPOST TEA LEAD:

Start Pay: $25 per hour 

Part time to full time positions

~25-35 hours per week

Job Duties: You will be responsible for our compost tea services of brewing and applying compost tea, including but not limited to:

• Driving a large truck
• Application and operation of compost tea sprayer
• Production and operation of compost tea brewer, cleaning of compost tea equipment 
• Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors regarding job progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Management of other employees
• Tracking data about brews and applications

STEAM LEAD

Start Pay: $33 per hour

Part time to full time positions

~20-35 hours per week

Job Duties: You will be responsible for steam weeding services via Satusteam technology to eliminate weeds using steam technology, including but not limited to:

• Driving a large truck
• Operating and maintaining specialized steam weeding equipment, including steam generators or boilers, steam wands or lances, and related tools provided by Edaphic Solutions
• Targeting and treating weeds using high-temperature steam, focusing on foliage and the base of the plant to achieve optimal weed control results
• Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors regarding job progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Tracking data about applications

Steam Lead and Compost Tea Lead positions will be interchangeable.

You will be cross trained in both positions.
