We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current social and emotional developmental level, and cultivating a classroom experience to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you must love connecting with children and creating an engaging classroom environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create lessons plans and follow a child led curriculum
• Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
• Communicate with parents and other school personnel
• Assess students’ skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications: 

• Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, or a CDA
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Problem solving and mediation skills
