Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Technician, you'll handle tasks like:
• Troubleshooting and executing repairs, including framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, painting,
HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Snow plowing.
• Promptly addressing resident service requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and appealing exterior for the property.
• Adhering to safety regulations and laws.
• Handling additional assigned duties to uphold community excellence.
• Coordinating with property management to prioritize tasks and projects.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and material usage logs.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in property maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and techniques used in property maintenance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Estimation proficiency for project costs.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a deadline-oriented approach.
• Availability for on-call after-hours emergencies and weekend rotation.
• Physical stamina and flexibility, including lifting and working in varying weather conditions.
• Snow plowing experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
