Responsibilities:
Maintain updated material and subcontractor pricing.
Review job invoices and bills for accuracy
Work with vendors and subcontractors on pricing discrepancies
Reconcile invoices to job cost and budgets.
Bookkeeping, reporting in Quickbooks
Qualifications:
Computer knowledge (Excel, word, Outlook)
Experience with Intuit Quickbooks accounting software
Previous experience in accounting
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
