Los Arroyos is an upscale Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Indianapolis at the end of Mass Avenue. We offer a vibrant and unique dining experience to our guests and are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic server to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and escort them to their tables
• Provide detailed and accurate information on menu items, including specials and drink options
• Take orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff in a timely and efficient manner
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and care
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Process payments and make accurate change
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring adequate supplies are available
• Collaborate with other staff members, including the kitchen and bar staff, to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and culture, including tequila and mezcal options would be a bonus
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
