Administrative Clerk II/Clerk III

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our high-performing Housing Authority in the role of Administrative Clerk II or Administrative Clerk III. In this key role, you will provide direct customer service to the public in our lobby and over the phone.
Purpose: Perform a variety of difficult and critical clerical administrative services involving the maintenance, preparation, distribution, review, and data entry of Authority documents and correspondence, scheduling interviews and services, and serving the public. Answer both specific requests and general questions public and as well as tenant and landlord inquiries concerning Authority properties, the Authority, and its programs, and refer individuals to the proper sources for details and technical aspects of their inquiries. Prepare and process received and outgoing mail and mail date-critical documents in a timely manner. Provide direct clerical administrative assistance to department specialists, supervisory and management staff. This position may be assigned to the phones full-time and/or to the Receptionist desk on a full-time basis.
Bilingual Spanish/English required. Strong customer service, mathematical and analytical skills required.

Salary Range: Admin Clerk II $22.54 - $27.40/hour, Admin Clerk III $24.88 - $30.24/hour Depending on Qualifications
