Responsibilities:
· Analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide accurate advice to clients.
· Conduct property tours, facilitate negotiations, prepare financial models, and draft proposals to ensure smooth transactions.
· Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, property owners, investors, and businesses.
· Perform financial analysis on commercial properties, leveraging key metrics, to provide clients with accurate profit potential and risk assessment for informed decision-making.
· Negotiate transactions and act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, attorneys, appraisers, legal, etc.
· Develop and execute comprehensive leasing and sales strategies for commercial properties.
· Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
· Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties, clients, and market data.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing or general Business focus.
· Detail oriented pertaining to contract reviews, market research, market trends, and property evaluations, ensuring that all aspects of transactions are meticulously analyzed and executed with precision.
