Merchandise Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Take on the role as a “Good Witch Enchantress” and transform guests into a Good Witch, Mermaid, or Fairy Tale Character at our downtown Salem location. Each of our unique packages include various services such as face paint, nail painting, hair styling, costuming, and accessories. 

Greet guests with a magical approach through our Good Witch messaging and complete Good Witch transformations to the highest quality by the use of the Good Witch of Salem’s specific approach. 

Continuously maintain the merchandise on the floor by ensuring all products are stocked and displayed appropriately.  Responsible for restocking as needed and packaging products for retail sale. 

Maintain the cleanliness of the store on a continuous basis, which includes the cleaning shelving, racks, floors, drawers, art sink, door fixtures, glass windows, art closet, and stockroom.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and Loving Personality

• Kid Friendly

• Demonstrate knowledge and passion for the Good Witch of Salem’s mission

• Confident 

• Ability to create a positive and over the top experience for guests

• Experience with hair, face-painting, nail application and beauty trends are required. 

  • Aesthetics or cosmetology is a plus!

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment - previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is a plus!

• Attention to detail

• Efficient with computer skills

• Experience and knowledge of maintaining inventory

• Ability to organize

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

Think PINK! A staff uniform or shirt will be provided. 

Clean and presentable footwear is required. 

Pay:

Starting at $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
