Server/Cashier Job Description

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for handling discounts, sales tax, and calculating totals
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies
