Procurement department manages all good not for resale for the company. Totals over $4B in total spend across categories like construction, services, marketing, office supplies etc.. We are in the process of implementing SAP/Ariba which is largest system change the company has done in last 10 years. So company looking more and more to this team to drive savings and profitability, great place to be in this economic environment.

Project Description:
Looking for these CW to do 3 main things but not limited to these:

1. To extract contracts from legacy systems and store in central repository
2. Review contracts and segregate sensitive competitive information
3. Work on Data Enhancement project for converting legacy suppliers from legacy systems into SAP/Arriba and enhance the new available data fields for better data management

Skills Overview:
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
1. 1-2 year experience with some sort of procurement work (Buying/Contracting/Invoicing)
2. Tope five skills
a. Excel skills – strong
b. Project Management – need ability to manage many tasks and manage time accordingly
c. Relationship building/communication skills – they will need to work with Business teams and potentially supplier communities so they will need to be able to relate to people, have good communication style and formatting
d. Data management – be able to use large sets of data points (Excel reports) and boil them down to digestible format
e. Self manager – they will report to me an Associate Director – will not have tons of time with me will have to take directions and run with it on their own or gather other resources to get their knowledge downloads

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
College degree in business related field or lots of experience.
