We are a fifth-generation family-owned jewelry store in The area . For 117 years, we have grown our business to provide the highest level of customer service, and offer only the best in jewelry and timepieces. We view our team and clients like family and our jewelry as tokens of love and celebration. Our team is made up of hardworking people with a passion for service and all things that shine and tick. We just moved into our brand-new home and are looking to grow our team!

Responsibilities

• Entertain clients to provide a fun and emotional shopping experience
• Develop and foster relationships with clientele
• Work to achieve a quarterly sales goal
• Keep track of open client orders to ensure completion dates are met
• Stay up to date with product and brand knowledge
• Assist in morning display set up and evening breakdown for safe storage of all merchandise
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Passion for people and celebrating life’s greatest milestones!
• Previous luxury sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player with a growth mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• GIA or AGS education
• Experienced in building a client book
• Agility with social media
• Jewelry design/production knowledge
• Jewelry and watch brand product knowledge
• Up to date on jewelry trends and styling
