Starting salary range: $40,000 - $43,000

What would make you the best fit:

· You are someone who thrives when helping others, has customer service experience, and is committed to making a positive impact.

· You can answer a variety of incoming calls from members and providers in multiple queues regarding their healthcare questions.

· You are adept at building rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

· You can determine and execute the best resolution based on the caller’s needs or requests.

· You are great at thoroughly documenting all calls and providing timely follow-up, which includes interacting with members, providers, clients, and other vendors. You persevere to ensure complete resolution of the call.

· You enjoy reviewing plan benefits and determining unique plan provisions during call handling.

You will stand out if you:

· Have earned an associate degree and have a few years of customer service experience.

· Have experience in the health insurance industry, medical billing, and/or have knowledge of health benefits – not required, we will train those who have a good track record, solid experience in helping customers, and willing and eager to learn!

· Have solid communication skills; you can demonstrate that you can relay information clearly both verbally and in written form.

· Are skilled in problem solving and issue resolution.

· Have active listening skills and possess a sense of professionalism and personal accountability.

· Have values that align with ours: optimism, respect, growth, adaptability, and building long-term, meaningful relationships.
