Kartchner Engineering PLLC located in downtown Spokane Washington is looking for an Mechanical Engineer/Designer experienced in HVAC and plumbing design who will work 40 hours per week.  Salary shall range from $70,000 to $100,000 depending upon experience.

Individual must be self-motivated, be able to interact with clients, and have the capacity to take projects from beginning to end with assistance from the principal engineer.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering  
-5+ years experience
- Knowledge of building codes and standards (NFPA, International Building Codes, ASHRAE)
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, and Microsoft Office Suite
