Lake Life Deli & Dogs is currently seeking an upbeat and self-motivated food service professional to join our team as Manager and represent the Lake Life mission in consistently serving our community quality fresh food with a smile. This individual must already have (or be prepared to obtain) an online food management certification and be willing to perform the following duties, as well as have a desire for compensated responsibility increases.

Initial duties include but are not limited to:

· oversee restaurant operations;

· deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction; respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints;

· enforce compliance of company policies;

· maintain safety and food quality standards;

· control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste;

· appraise staff and communicate feedback; and coordinate food preparation with expected service volume.

Hourly wages begin at $16.00 with incentive based increases to $17.50 and two weeks paid vacation per year.
