Janitorial Cleaner

We are looking for a Janitor/Custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Experience required

Responsibilities
Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, taking out trash etc)
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Principals only.

What's Required of You?
Prior experience working as a professional cleaner is a PLUS but not a must
Pride of work and dedication to serving clients
High standard of cleanliness
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass a criminal background check
Able to accommodate a wide range of client cleaning requests (deep clean, oven cleaning, green cleaning)
Daily access to the internet and a smart phone.
