Hourly Rate: $70-$90 (depending on location)

The Therapy Grove, LLC, is currently accepting applications and interviewing for a number of clinical positions (SLP, SLPA, OTR/L, COTA, PT) in the East Valley.  Choose to work in ANY of the following areas: Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.  You choose where you work!

OTR/L Responsibilities Include:

• Provide in-home therapy for children in areas of your choosing.
• Supervise clinical assistants.
• Collaborate with other therapists to develop individual treatment plans that address each child's functional outcomes. 
• Evaluate and treat deficits in fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing and self-help skills.  
• Educate and train patients, parents, and caregivers.
• Report quarterly progress via electronic progress reports.
• Maintain full time caseload of 27 visits per week.  Therapist will be scheduled 30 visits per week to allow for 10% cancellation rate.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and current state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred but not required.
• Experience with using electronic documentation systems, and a thorough understanding of best practices related to documentation and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in providing family-centered care.
