This position is perfect for a 'retired' manager who mostly works in a different avenue, but still kind of misses hospitality, or, an experienced hospitality professional who is between jobs and looking for some extra holiday cash with a set schedule.

You are a person who can follow verbal instruction and written instruction (like checklists and recipes).
Basic knowledge of Italian food and wine is preferred.
What Requirements Will Be Expected:
You will be expected to get/have a food handlers certificate.
You will be expected to get/have an ABC approved certificate for serving alcohol.
You will be expected to dress according to the company's upscale-casual front of house dress code.
You will be required to wear non-slip black shoes. (Closed toe)
You will be expected to become familiar with the dinner menu and BTG wine list.
You will come to work with a good attitude and ready to work with the team.

We are offering a seasonal Maitre D' position with full or part time hours depending on the candidate.
