This position will require availability at at least 2 (if not all) of our St. Louis area locations: Brentwood, West County Mall, Ballpark Village, and Streets of St. Charles and will also require some daytime availability, typically 10a-4p.

SALES ASSOCIATE

SCOPE OF JOB

Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend merchandise. Associates will assist with opening and closing procedures and general duties such as cleaning, replenishing, re-merching and doing inventory counts. To be a successful associate, you must stay up to date on trends and merchandise and upkeep of the store's visual appearance.

GENERAL DUTIES

-Assist customers both in store and over phone with excellent customer service

-Greet customers in a friendly upbeat manner

-Maintain knowledge of all products

-Replenish sales floor as needed or directed

-Assist in POS processes such as ringing out, returns and exchanges, taking payment, etc.

-Assist in receiving merchandise shipments

-Assist in tagging and back stocking merchandise shipments

-Assist in floorsets and re-merching as needed or directed

REQUIREMENTS

-Ability to work nights, weekends, & Holidays

-Self motivated & Dependable

-Basic merchandising knowledge

-Knowledge of fashion trends and industry

-Excellent customer service

-1 years experience

-Basic math skills

-Team player

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
