My name is Rifko and I started Oysters XO 10 years ago in New York. Oysters XO has Oyster Girls & Guys shucking oysters at high-end events. It’s a great opportunity for models to make some extra money since it’s a highly paid job ($250 for 2-hours of service). We train you to become a great Oyster Chef. It's a great party trick as well. 

Oysters XO is based in New York, Washington DC, Charleston, Atlanta, New Orleans, Los Angeles and now in San Francisco.

Besides the money, being an Oyster Chef is a lot of fun and special, because guests usually think shucking oysters is hard and dirty. Guest are very impressed with our teams which gives a lot of positive energy.
