About this position:

We are currently hiring staff for the 2023 and 2024 election cycle. But all employees, regardless of previous experience, spend time learning our field philosophy. This includes weeks of canvassing, team leading, and immersing yourself in our reporting and management culture. We value our leadership team's willingness to engage with voters directly.
 

Requirements:

• Current driver’s license and a working cell phone (Team Leaders and Project Managers must have insurance and a clean driving record).
• Must undergo a criminal background check.
• Experience dealing with the public. (You have to like talking to strangers and approaching them in public places or at their door).
• Interest in current events. Staying informed about current events is critical to our work. While we're not all political junkies, having an interest in the world around us is important.
• Endurance: Campaign hours are demanding, and most of our work is outside, on your feet for a full day.
• Attention to detail: Petitions are a legal document that undergo intense scrutiny. And our door-to-door teams are monitored closely throughout the day.

Compensation:

We offer competitive positions at both the hourly and salaried levels.
Canvasser, Petitioner and Team Leader positions start at the hourly level.
Project Manager positions are salaried.

Hourly rates: $20-$21.00 per hour – overtime available and encouraged.
Salaried Positions: $4500-$6000 per month (if you have a lot of previous experience)

100% paid insurance after 90 days.
