Responsibilites:

• Perform work on Resiential, Multi Family and Light Commercial HVAC Systems
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Qualifications:

• Ability to read electrical diagrams
• Ability to lyft and carry 50+lb
• Ability to work alone in a safely fashion
• Ability to take directions and express quesitons and or concerns
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethics
